Tucked away from the concrete jungle of Ekkamai in a quiet residential area, Mikkeller introduces a first in Bangkok in the form of a cozy, casual, fine dining restaurant of Upstairs. Chef Dan Bark, formerly Sous Chef of the Three Star-Michelin restaurant Grace in Chicago, blends together a menu of Progressive American cuisine and craft beers for an unforgettable culinary experience. Decorated with its first One Star-Michelin rating in 2018 Upstairs has earned its Michelin star again recently in 2019.
The like-your-friend’s-house dining room on the second floor features a 10-course tasting menu created to complement with selections of craft beer, cider, mead, and Nordic wines. Each course focuses on delicate surprising flavors suggested to be paired with special beverages that will challenge the diner’s pallet in a unique way.
